Shades of Starkville is an exciting event hosted every year on campus! This year, the event will feature local businesses from the Golden Triangle region in an effort to showcase all that Starkville has to offer our campus community! There will be an involvement fair during Involvement Week for student organizations to participate in.
This year's event will be August 19, 2026
Businesses can reserve space for up to two tables, with each space measuring 12 feet by 12 feet (the size of an average tailgate tent). The registration fee is $35 for one table and $55 for two tables. Tables will be provided based on what you request on the registration form.

This year's event will be held on August 19th from 10 am - 1 pm on the Drill Field. During this event, booths will be set up where students can meet with representatives of local businesses and learn how to get involved in the community. Samples, brochures and other promotional items will be available.
VENDORS: Registration will be open this summer! Businesses can reserve space for up to two tables with each space measuring 12 feet by 12 feet (the size of an average tailgate tent). The registration fee for this year is $35 for one table and $55 for two tables. Tables will be provided based on what you request on the registration form. Completed registration form, as well as payment, must be received by Wednesday, August 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
After July 21st, the fee structure will increase to reflect $50 for one table and $70 for two tables. Registration will close on August 8th at 11:59 p.m. and we will no longer be able to accept table reservations after that deadline. More information regarding the day of event will be distributed once registration has closed.
