Take your passion for dance to the sidelines and the national stage with the Mississippi State Dance Team. The team is an important part of the Bulldog game-day experience, performing at MSU football, basketball and baseball games, as well as events across campus. The team also competes nationally at NDA College Nationals.

Want to Perform with the Famous Maroon Band?

Bring your performance skills to game day as part of the Famous Maroon Band Auxiliaries. Students can audition for Color Guard or Feature Twirler and perform alongside the Famous Maroon Band during football season.

Color Guard members combine movement, dance and equipment work to create high-energy visual performances and build their spinning and dance skills. Feature Twirlers showcase advanced baton twirling and showmanship during pregame and halftime performances.
