The Disco Stranglers have an authentic Eagles sound with musicians playing Mandolin, steel guitar, along with two lead guitars, acoustic guitar, keyboards, bass, and drums. The Disco Stranglers were cofounded by MSU staff member Dale Robertson, alongside Jerry Carnathan. The Disco Stranglers consists of Carnathan as Glenn Frey, Robertson as Don Henley, Drew Diekmann as Randy Myers and Timothy B. Schmitt, Bill Cooke as Bernie Leadon, Raymond Miller on steel guitar, and Bob Damm on drums and percussion.
